i adored the convenient location it made exploring so easy the junior suite overlooking the canal was fabulous and the little snacks and drinks in the afternoon made things more fun the staff helped me book a boat ride around the area it was worth it

the hotel enjoys a position near st marks square with many nearby restaurants the zacaria vaporetto stop is also within walking distance it made navigation very easy indeed

the location was convenient , close to many attractions.
i found the room disappointing. dust was noticeable on the shelves and floor. the toilet seat was broken , and the heating did not work. i was very cold during the night because i couldn't turn it on.

the location was acceptable as it was near important places.
I found bugs in the bedroom. They came from the canal and drains, even with the windows shut. the reception staff said this was common due to the canal water.

The coffee capsules cost one extra euro each after you use the first two provided on day one. A wine bottle seemed complimentary but also had a charge. The staff recommendations seemed incentivize for the hotel. The gondola ride and activities were more expensive than on the GetYourGuide app.
